Over the course of our saga, you’ll learn a lot about the handwavers of Ishtakar and their powers. It’s worth noting that what they are doing here is not telekinesis, but rather a sort of one-with-nature communion with the wheat. We decided early on to eliminate Jedi-style TK from the handwaver playbook – and came up with a lot more interesting stuff instead.
